'PEXA' stands for the Property Exchange Australia, it is the leading Electronic Lodgement Network (ELN) in Australia. Essentially this is a nationally recognised system that provides for fast, safe and efficient property settlement.

Long gone are the days of physically attending settlement with paper cheques exchanged across a table. E-Conveyancing is now mandatory for all property transactions in Victoria.

What is a s32 vendor statement?

A vendors statement is commonly referred to as a section 32. It is a legal document that provides potential buyers with certain information about the property that may not have been easily found by a physical inspection, which directly assists buyers prior to signing the contract. It is a statutory requirement to provide a section 32 that is up to date.
